The career model
Read the season, then choose your next move.
A season report shows what happened to your player and club. Appearances, goals, assists and average rating tell part of the story; changes in OVR, potential, market value and contract years show where the career may head next. Club standings and cup progress add context to the individual numbers.
Your position matters. A striker, goalkeeper and central midfielder have different tendencies for goals, assists and clean sheets. Age affects development: younger players have more room to grow, while older players face decline. Club strength, difficulty, playing time, performance and injuries also influence the outcome. Randomness remains part of the simulation, so no selection guarantees a trophy or a top score.
Stay loyal or take an offer
Contracts do not stay open forever. When your current deal expires, or a strong year attracts attention, a decision board offers a renewal and any suitable moves. Each offer names the club, league, team OVR and contract length. Renewing keeps continuity; transferring changes your club and can reset continental qualification. The choice is yours, and the next report reflects the new situation.
Staying at the same club still produces a changing career. Your player gets older, the club strength can shift, the contract counts down and injuries can interrupt a good run. Read the latest report alongside the timeline: one poor year is different from a sustained decline, and one trophy is different from a long record of success.
